Rachel is a gem. She was flexible and so easy to work with. The support we had from her the day of the wedding was so helpful. We had a very fun light hearted wedding and was hoping she would reflect that energy which she really did with dressing up and cracking jokes to break tension all while being attentive and professional.

The only regret we have is that we wished we went with her full package.

We hired Rachel as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in September 2023 and have nothing but praise to give. Rachel quickly responded to our emails, maintained detailed notes about our plan for the day, and executed on our plan. We also really appreciated how Rachel handled discussions with everyone. Rachel kept an incredibly positive attitude throughout our wedding day and our rehearsal but was also very efficient and direct about what needed to get done so we could all stay on schedule. We wish nothing but the best for Rachel and their team and think anyone would be lucky to get the opportunity to work with San Diego Life Events!

We can not say enough good things about Rachel as the coordinator for the month of our wedding. We were on a budget so my friend offered to help coordinate and plan. But it was straining our friendship. Super last minute but sometime recommended Rachel on Facebook she swooped in and saved the day. She was really fun and has a way with people. On our wedding day her and her assistant were super cool and helpful they did pretty much everything even things I did not expect. Great attention to detail and very very friendly and fun. It was the perfect fit for us and worth every penny. Even emailing with her helped with my stress levels, every time we spoke it felt like a weight lifted from my shoulders. I love my hubby but we joked that if we got married again we would bring her in from the beginning because we may have avoided hiring people or paying for things we probably didn't need or finding vendors that treated us better like she did. I will recommend her to absolutely everyone she is so worth it
