Jenna was so organized, professional, and kind! She handled issues we didn’t even know happened and multiple guests came to tell us how fantastic and helpful she was in their interactions. 10/10!

We used Sapphire Road as our day of wedding coordinator and we couldn't recommend them enough! Kate was our coordinator and she truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was accounted for and helping make our vision come to life! Kate helped make our wedding day run so smoothly and helped decorate the space so perfectly. Leading up to the wedding, Kate was very responsive to questions and available for guidance and assisting in making our day so special! I truly don't think our wedding day would have been so perfect if it wouldn't have been for Kate. We would definitely recommend Sapphire Road and Kate to anyone!

When we first heard our venue required a day-of coordinator, my wife (fiancée at the time) and I groaned due to the additional cost in our wedding expenses. However, after our wedding on July 1st, we both agreed that hiring Sapphire Road to coordinate our wedding was easily the best decision we made. Our day-of coordinator, Jenna, contacted us a few months prior to the wedding to get our vendors' contact information, and she scheduled and communicated with all of our vendors to make sure everything was in place and perfect for our wedding day. Additionally, during our check-in a month away from the wedding, Jenna went through an extremely helpful and detailed questionnaire and provided her expert opinions (when needed) to help us organize our thoughts and final wants for our wedding. When we met again in-person on the wedding day at the venue, not only did Jenna and her team go out of their way to make sure that my wife and I didn't stress about any of the logistics, they made themselves available to us all day and were so friendly and fun to talk with. Any problem or issue that popped up in the weeks leading up to the wedding, or on the day of, Jenna and her team handled so we didn't have to. They truly helped to ease all of our worries and burdens on our wedding day! On top of all of that, Jenna's perfect track record with weather continued with us, which we were super happy about! We are so thankful to have had the Sapphire Road team, and especially Jenna, with us to make our wedding amazing and would recommend them a million times over for anyone getting married!
