We did a “true” elopement, meaning it was just the two of us. Initially, I was worried that it would be awkward to hire someone to follow us around with a camera. That concern was silly. Sarah is the perfect balance between cheerleader and fly-on-the-wall. We felt we had our privacy, but also received great direction when we needed it. It was so fun to hangout with her for the day and we felt so at ease with her! Not only was she great during the session, she was a lifesaver during the lead up to our day. She helped us iron out our timeline and make informed decisions on locations. We ardently believe that her scheduling and time keeping the day-of was the core of what made our elopement so special-and stress free! And last, and certainly not least, the photos turned out absolutely amazing. She has a fantastic eye for composition and a gift for getting people to smile. Sarah is an amazing photographer! She started off by taking our engagement pictures in the forest which turned out amazing. We have never done a photo shoot before so we nervous and worried about being awkward. However, after meeting Sarah for the first time, it felt like we had already been friends for sometime.
