With years of experience and strong industry connections, I collaborate with trustworthy vendors to ensure your day runs smoothly and seamlessly. Through those relationships and my experience in sourcing affordable and efficient options, many clients find hiring me actually saves them money!

My responsibilities cover everything from start to finish, from planning through the last call at the reception. Each package can be tailored to your preferences without impacting pricing significantly, ensuring a personalized experience. My “day-of” package begins 1-3 months prior, allowing ample time for final details. As the day flies by, you can spend time celebrating with loved ones while I manage everything behind the scenes. Let’s make your wedding day stress-free and unforgettable!

Day-of/Month-of Coordination
Starts at $1,850 and may vary based on venue and specific needs. Most couples spend $1,950.

Pre-Event:

  • Budget analysis and adherence
  • Timeline creation (will work with photographer, venue, and other appropriate vendors to complete)
  • Attend the final venue meeting
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm event details, and answer questions, one week before the wedding
  • Coordinate rehearsal (based on availability)
  • Monthly check-ins to keep you on track and just to see how you’re doing!

Day of Event:

  • Use of emergency bag for any last-minute mishaps or emergencies
  • Set up décor items throughout the space
  • Final walk-through of the venue with layout confirmation, identify exits and emergency equipment, bathrooms, and areas for guests to occupy before and after
  • Set out programs and collect following event
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival; monitor and seat late guests to avoid disruptions or distractions
  • Transport items and décor between spaces if needed
  • Greet and direct vendors, florist, DJ, caterers, cake/dessert, photographers, drivers, etc.
  • Maintain vendor communication throughout the event ensuring schedule adherence or make adjustments
  • Set up personal items - guestbook, gift table, memorial table, favors, cake cutting set, toasting glasses
  • Set up seating cards, seating charts/posters/signs, and table numbers
  • Monitor all areas (and work closely with venue staff) to ensure they are free of debris, spills, etc.
  • Monitor and distribute desserts, dessert table/candy bar, late-night food, gifts or favors
  • Assist you throughout the evening for last minute changes or needs
  • Monitor cards and gifts and move to a secure location at appropriate time to avoid theft or damage
  • Distribute final payments and/or tips to vendors
  • Pack up all aforementioned items, gifts, and décor and load into designated vehicle (Items may be delivered the following day, based on necessity and availability)
  • Pack up all leftover dinner, dessert, cake by request and per contract with caterer/venue
  • Ensure you, your attendants, and all guests have transportation departing the event safely
  • Final walk-through of the venue at the end of the evening to ensure nothing is left behind
  • Donation of flowers/centerpieces to hospitals, senior apartments, and nursing homes (by request)
  • Wedding Content Creation – I send you all the behind-the-scenes pictures, videos, and candid memories I’ve captured throughout the day!

Partial and Full Planning Assistance
Starts at $3,000 and may vary based on venue and specific needs. Most couples spend $3,000-$3,500.

This includes researching potential vendors, pricing, and service options; and delivering a summary with my professional recommendations. From scouring wholesale sites and tapping into exclusive online bridal communities, I’m always on top of cost-saving opportunities. What sets me apart is my commitment to transparency and value. Unlike other planners, I don’t add any upcharge. When I find a deal, I pass the savings directly on to you, ensuring every dollar is maximized! Additionally, I participate in initial vendor meetings, whether by your side or on your behalf. This proactive approach allows me to ask insightful questions, uncover hidden costs, negotiate pricing, and ensure you’re receiving the best value for your investment. Pricing for partial and planning services includes day-of coordination along with the following!

Initial Consultation and Visual Development:

  • Meet to discuss your vision, preferences, priorities, budget, and overall vision for the wedding
  • Offer guidance and inspiration to help you refine your vision and develop a cohesive theme or style for the wedding

Vendor Selection and Management

  • Assist in selecting and securing reputable vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, musicians, transportation, hotel room blocks, rental companies, etc.
  • Attend up to 3 vendor meetings with florist, photographer, catering/bakery tasting, DJ, etc.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing on your behalf, ensuring you receive the best value for your investment

Budget Management:

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to keep you within budget while still achieving your desired vision
  • Research alternative options, services, and pricing, where applicable, including sourcing and procuring items at the best value

Design and Décor Assistance:

  • Offer creative input and assistance with designing the overall look and feel of the wedding, including color schemes, floral arrangements, table settings, and décor elements
  • Assist with invitation, sign, and décor design and printing
  • Source and procure decorative items, linens, signage, and other details to bring the couple’s vision to life

Etiquette Guidance and Protocol:

  • Provide guidance on wedding etiquette, traditions, and protocol to help you navigate sensitive situations and make informed decisions throughout the planning process

Best DOC out there!

Casey was such a treat to work with and made my wedding week as relaxing as it could get and so enjoyable! I gave her all of my decorations and she transformed our reception into an extra gorgeous venue. A day I’ve only dreamt about! She was so calming to me durning our day when things went off schedule or awry and I was stressing. She resolved everything and some things without me even knowing. She is so flexible and will offer to help you with anything you need. Absolutely amazing!

Saved the DAY!

I do not have enough positive things to say about Casey!!! She was a LIFESAVER and truly kept me sane and relaxed on our big day. After our final meeting with catering/venue, it was clear that I couldn't do this alone and needed extra help to make sure our wedding went smoothly and that I was stress-free. Casey made sure all of that happened and MORE! She was calm and relaxed, yet took charge and made sure everything was A+ behind the scenes. She was kind, flexible, and extremely communicative in the weeks leading up to the wedding and made sure that our schedule was in perfect shape! She also thought of all of the "little things" that often go unnoticed during the chaos of the day, and everything was perfectly organized. Most of all, she was compassionate, friendly, and so easy to talk with. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU CASEY!!! You turned a stressed, frazzled bride 1 month before the wedding into a cool, calm, and collected bride on her wedding day!!

Highly Recommend

I was a part of my friend’s wedding that Save The Date was hired for. Having worked in the wedding industry for years, I am always skeptical of vendors and their ability to deliver. Let me say that I have never been more impressed with a wedding planner. Her ability to think of almost every possible contingency was very impressive. The level of detail In her planning process is second to none in my humble opinion. If you want a wedding planner that you can hand the planning keys over to, (so you don’t have to worry about anything) I would go with Save The Date.
