My husband and I got married at Common House in Charlottesville in March of 2023. Nichole did an amazing job helping us organize everything leading up to and during our wedding day. She was very quick to respond to all of our emails and questions throughout the planning process. Before the wedding she met with us at the venue and knew all the right questions to ask in preparation for the event. She made us a timeline and contacted our other vendors to coordinate all the details. On our wedding day, Nichole handled everything from setup to breakdown and made sure to check in with us throughout the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding and Nichole had a large part in making that happen. On top of being great at her job Nichole is such a sweetheart and you can tell she cares about the people she’s working with. I highly recommend booking her for any events!

We absolutely loved working with Nichole. She is super down to earth, honest person. We hired her as our month of coordinator for our wedding and she was kind enough to always be available via email leading up to the month of to offer feedback and suggestions on our planning. Then starting a little over a month out, she offered a few calls to just run through all the details and make sure we had thought of everything. In terms of the day of efforts, Nichole was a total Rockstar! She handled everything from coordination with our vendors, décor set up, timeline management, and cat herding (getting all the right people in the right place at the right time). She allowed us to just kick back relax on our wedding day and cannot recommend her enough!
