Erin is literally the most beautiful person, inside and out. I have had the privilege of knowing her since high school, but it wasn't until recently that we become reconnected again - yay for weddings!! She has been such a joy and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so thoughtful and took so much care with every detail when creating my Serephine piece. I fell in love with The Emma design. Erin was so helpful with color ideas for the organza petals, the feather accents and was so keen to my vision when selecting/surprising me with the rhinestone accent. Full disclosure: Erin is a good friend of my sister, which is how I found out about Serephine. Not only is she one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, but she makes beautiful wedding headpieces too!

For my June wedding, I ordered an ivory organza flower for myself, and a lavender/purple feather headpiece with a center rhinestone for my maid of honor. I was incredibly happy with both pieces. My hair flower was simple yet gorgeous, and complemented my dress - which was lace with a rose pattern - so beautifully. For someone who, for months, was indecisive about wanting to wear anything at all in my hair for my wedding, it was the perfect finishing touch. My maid of honor's hair feather piece was so delicate and pretty; her dress honestly would also have been incomplete without it. For the price, the quality of both pieces was far superior to many hair accessories that I saw in bridal and department stores. Just looking at them, I could tell that they had been made with great care.

From beginning to end, Erin was wonderful to work with. Despite just being back from maternity leave when I placed my order, and working on a somewhat tight schedule before my wedding date, she was always quick to respond to emails. She is flexible and super-friendly, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her customers' happiness and satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Erin and Serephine to future brides!

Erin is truly one of the sweetest people that you will ever meet, and she loves what she does, which certainly comes out in her Serephine products. I had her make a custom hair piece for my sister-in-law as a bridesmaid in my wedding just recently, and she provided me with options and opinions so that I got exactly what I was hoping for. It was even more beautiful in person, and everybody in the bridal party was jealous that she was the only one that had it.
