Julia Stone is hands down the only reason why our wedding was a success! From the very beginning she was responsive, friendly, and uber helpful. She always answered calls, emails, and texts quickly -- regardless of how important the message was about. She always listened to my ideas and concerns and helped me to find the best path forward in accomplishing my wedding goals! Julia is so organized and paid attention to the smallest of details. Her organization system for her clients is thorough and I relied heavily on it! She also was able to help me find vendors that were reputable and well-rated, including a photographer for our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks event! She made things so much easier by corresponding and keeping ALL of our vendors up-to-date on details, too. She was so quick in problem-solving, and her calm demeanor was integral in making me feel like everything was under control throughout the whole planning process and the wedding. I feel like Julia really got to know us and what we wanted. We were on the fence about hiring a wedding planner/coordinator, but looking back I don't think we could have done it without one... Or without JULIA! I HIGHLY recommend her! 5/5 stars!

Julia….words cannot describe how amazing she is. She is an absolute must to have on your team. My wedding planning was as chill as can be. If I had questions, she was always available by phone, text, or email. The day of the wedding seconds before one of my bridesmaids walked down the aisle, a button snapped on her dress and Julia swung in and had it fixed before she hit the door. The bustle broke on my dress and she crawled underneath my dress to safety pin it up so I wouldn’t trip down the stairs. She went above and beyond and made everything so easy.

As a photographer it can be a make or break experience working with wedding coordinators and by far Julia with Set In Stone is a 10/10. She loves her clients, flexible to work with, always on point, and so much fun! She is gracious and kind when working with photo/video to make sure we have everything we need in order to do our job.
