We absolutely LOVE working with Barbara! As a venue you have to know that you can put full trust in a planner/coordinator. The Hall and Gardens at Landmark puts their full trust in this team!! As a venue you also want to make sure that your clients are receiving the best help possible. We love having Barbara work for our venue as a coordinator because she contributes so much knowledge and provides some of the service we have ever seen! She truly is an asset to any couples wedding day.

Amazing Experience with Set the Date NC!

Barbara was lovely to work with and she runs a beautiful company. She was a great communicator, helpful, kind, and so wonderful to get to know. She cares about the people she works with and their loved ones, and that shines in the work she does. Paige was the lead coordinator for our wedding day and I cannot speak highly enough about her. She was graceful, poised, organized, and kind to all. She cared for our families so well and went above and beyond. Barbara and Paige are good friends and that makes working with them a lovely experience. They want to make your wedding day as seamless as possible so you can focus on enjoying the special time with friends and family without having to worry about a timeline or details. I am so thankful that I got to meet these wonderful women and know that their business will continue to flourish, as they are focused on loving and serving their clients and take great joy in their work. Highly recommend Barbara @ Set the Date!

Having no prior knowledge of the wedding “ ins and outs”, we hired Barbara based solely on the great reviews she has. We were not disappointed and are so glad we did. She was WONDERFUL!!! From the initial meeting with her, up until the day of the wedding, Barbara continually guided and supported us and made the wedding day go smoothly and as planned (even with a wedding party of 16!), with no additional stress to us, so that we could enjoy the day. We could not have asked for a better coordinator and highly recommend Barbara and Set the Date!

And that means so much that she can roll with any hiccups that might occur (you can't have a wedding without one or two!) and come out all the better. We did the hottest (temperature of course) outdoor wedding I've ever experienced together on Memorial Day weekend at Duke Gardens and she and her team were champs in keeping everyone organized and cool.
