Experience

Jordan Merlino, the owner and lead planner of this passionate company, learned hospitality, time management skills and the ability to make decisions quickly by the time she graduated from high school. From there, she earned a degree in Business Administration, and worked for two pastry chefs. In 2012, after planning her own wedding, she moved to San Diego where she styled brides for a bridal designer, and worked for a Chaldean wedding planning firm. Jordan became certified as an International Event & Wedding Planning Professional while living in Japan, and decided to open Seventh & Central after moving to Seattle.
