Everyone that stayed at the hotel remarked about how wonderfully friendly and approachable the staff were, how clean and comfortable their rooms were, and how nice it was to be able to get back and forth to the wedding so easily.
We left guest bags full of treats at the hotel front desk to be handed out as our out-of-town guests checked in and everyone said they received their bags promptly when they checked in. We were thrilled to hear how happy the Sheraton's staff made our guests, making sure to meet every need that came their way.
I highly recommend working with the Sheraton Overland Park for any reason, but especially if you need to reserve a room block for a wedding or other event - they are the best!!

When we work our events, we always acknowledge the serving staff by asking our audience to give them an applause for their service. We want to thank Bree Atkins and Kelly Kirby for always providing answers to our questions when we call in advance to discuss the room setup, loading times and any other special requests. The ballrooms are very clean, pleasant settings for any event.
