Downtown Courtyard & Convention Center is a wedding venue located in the heart of Historic 4th Street in Sioux City, Iowa. This venue offers several wonderful event spaces, as well as skilled professionals and unique services that will make your event extraordinary. Facilities and Capacity
At our Downtown Courtyard by Marriott & Convention Center, there are several spaces available for use, which can accommodate a maximum of 450 guests per Gallery as well as a smaller ballroom for up to 180 guests. These various spaces are perfect options for wedding ceremony and receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, galas, and other celebrations. There are three exhibit halls, providing a combined 30,000 square feet of versatile space, along with 10 different meeting rooms and a greenhouse-style atrium space. No matter which space you select for your special event, you are sure to be pleased with all of the wonderful features and options you are given.

Attached to our Convention Center is the newest Downtown Courtyard that features the Bistro on 4th, comfortable guestrooms with plush bedding, complimentary high-speed WiFi, indoor pool, a Fitness Center overlooking Historic 4th Street, an outdoor Patio and Fire Pit overlooking the Promenade Theater, Marto Brewing Co. and several downtown restaurants and shops within walking distance and parkign for hotel guests is complimentary in our private parking deck!
