Can’t say enough great things about Social Eero! Not only were our videos perfect but the way they interacted with us on our wedding day was unforgettable! Such kind hearted people! So glad we chose them to capture memories that will last forever!

We finally got our video back that we paid Social Eero to do after several inquiries 2 months later. We we were not happy with the end product due to the music that kept overlapping the whole video and covered our vows. When asked if we could get the footage we were told no and that we were supposedly given a discount. When we asked for pricing we were told one price but they have since gone up on their prices, so evidently we got a discount since we booked before they went up. We followed their advise and didn't allow anyone else to video our wedding; now i am stuck with only the video coverage they provided; which includes video but no audio of our vows, speeches, or our sentimental dances that were chosen for specific reasons. I am very disappointed! I feel like the purpose to hiring a them was to be able look back at the wedding which includes the audio... not the music that they choose. If you do choose to use them make sure you are very specific in your request or you may end up like us paying for a video that you are not happy with and a videographer who refuses to fix it with out you paying more money.
