I got engaged a few weeks before having major surgery that would require months of recovery. A little while after surgery, we looked into getting a wedding planner to help reduce the stress and workload of planning a wedding, so I could focus on healing. This is where Emily and Soirée came in. Emily and her team were so happy to help us, and listened to our story and reasons for choosing their services. From the beginning they were committed to reducing the stress aspect, simplifying choices, making trusted recommendations, and accompanying us on site visits to make sure we asked the right questions. Regular emails with short "to do" lists kept me on track without overwhelming me. All emails and messages were responded to promptly, sometimes within minutes. Gracie was our coordinator on the day of our wedding, from 12-10pm, and she did a phenomenal job of keeping everything on schedule, organized, and the least chaotic possible. She was so kind and accommodating, regularly checking in to make sure we were having the best time possible and seeing what she could take care of. We were able to leave the venue on time because almost everything was ready packed up and loaded. I certainly could not do her job and am just in awe of her skills and fortitude. I do not plan on ever getting married again, but I certainly would use Soirée again if I did, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs help with planning their own wedding. They have all those awards for a reason...they ARE the best!
