Oh my gosh, where to even begin! Victoria and her team (hi Lucina and Roberto!!) at Sophisticated Weddings Italy were truly a dream to work with. We miss you so much! 😭

Victoria was an advocate, sound board, reality checker, and wish granter throughout the entire wedding planning process — and we had a two year engagement/planning timeline! Every Skype call, email, and Instagram DM (there were ✨many✨), Victoria always showed up for us excited, energized, and focused, and, contrary to her very busy season, we truly felt like we were her main and only priority🥺.

Coming from the U.S. and having some wedding planning experience myself, as soon as my fiancé and I decided on an Italian destination wedding, I knew we needed to invest in a planner immediately. Sophisticated Weddings Italy caught my eye on Instagram, and after a few back and forths with Victoria I just knew she was the perfect fit for us!

Victoria effortless managed relationships between us and our Italian vendors, answered our questions in a timely manner (&if she couldn’t get us answers quickly, she sent us these updates too!), and was overall just a source of joy and confidence throughout our planning process. We also had wedding events planned for the entire week before our wedding day that Victoria was kind enough to assist with too — thank goodness!

Our wedding day itself was an absolute fairy tale and a day that wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without Victoria! She and her team created and worked with our other vendors to seamlessly bring to life the most romantic and magical garden party ceremony before creating an intimate and even more magical dinner for us and our guests.

We could not recommend Victoria and Sophisticated Weddings Italy more. You truly made our day everything we dreamed of and more!! Thank you, we love you!!

I couldn’t have asked for anything more from Victoria and her team. They outdid all expectations and without a doubt we wouldn’t have had such a fantastic wedding without them. No question or request was too small (or annoying) as Victoria is always so friendly and helpful. However, the stand out thing for me was communication; absolutely faultless which is so important when planning a a wedding. For over a year and a half she replied promptly to emails without exception. She would always make herself available for video calls if we wanted to chat things through. This really was invaluable during the process. Thank you doesn’t cut it, something closer to we love you does! If you want the best, look no further. Outstanding in every regard. Steph and Tom.

Where do I start, not only did Victoria organise the most amazing wedding for us but I also gained a friend from the process. Our day was so special for us and each and everyone of our guests. From start to finish Victoria was approachable, extremely efficient and her communication is spot on, and she listened, her advice was always appreciated, as she is the technical expert on organising weddings…… I cannot put into words what an incredible experience it was working with Victoria, my advice is let her do her thing as she is amazing and your wedding will by beautiful.
