Southern Cedars is a family-owned barn and farm wedding venue located in Earlsboro, Oklahoma. This charming event space is versatile as it can easily be adapted to host rustic or classic, traditional weddings. From Fall 2019 onward, it will host ceremonies, receptions, and a whole host of other wedding-themed celebrations.

Facilities and Capacity

Located on 120 acres of grounds, there is much to admire simply from the immediate surroundings. The venue itself overlooks a serene and picturesque pond, adding a touch of charming nature to the setting. Rolling hillsides, romantic sunsets that cast an orange glow around the landscape, and greenery each combine to create a colorful, marvelous place.

From the outside, the exterior of the building truly catches the eye. It’s elegant white color helps it stand out on days when the Oklahoma sky is a bright blue. The arbor that hangs over the front entrance provides some shelter from the elements, while also offering shade on sunny days.

Inside, up to 200 seated guests can easily be accommodated. With space for everyone to mix and mingle, the space offers a terrific place to truly enjoy the festivities. Conveniently, the venue is climate-controlled, which makes it suitable for celebrations happening throughout the year.

Southern Cedars’ staff can provide farmhouse tables and chairs for your celebration. These can easily be arranged so that you and your guests can relax and dine in comfort surrounded by the interior dark wood finish.

Services Offered

So that the couple of honor can truly personalize the event space, outside vendors are welcome to come on site. This means that you can bring in your favorite companies and professionals to add your own character and preferences. The wedding party are also welcome to bring in their own alcohol. Additionally, the couple and their guests are more than welcome to have their wedding photographs taken at the venue, allowing them to mark the occasion with memorable mementos.
