Cuisine

Our cuisine is focused on the very best of Southern cuisine, from comfort food (think pit smoked pork BBQ and beef brisket) to the more elegant (Prime Rib and and tailored menus). We source our meats, produce and cheeses locally, and work with you to create the menu you want to provide for your guests. Our food is classic and highlights the flavors of ingredients we use. We encourage you to come to one of our tastings held monthly at The Matthew's House in Cary.
