Now a bit of Special Events History......................

Since its creation in 1981, Special Events has been part of many events throughout the Bluegrass. Kimberly Gaunce joined the Special Events team in 2006 as the Event Manager. She helped to continue the tradition of spectacular events and customer service. In May 2012, Kimberly and Jim Gaunce purchased Special Events to continue Kim's dream of creating extraordinary events all over the state. With the addition of wedding and event planning, Special Events can do it all so you can be a guest at your own event!

We love what we do and we hope to show our little man that you can do what you love by being passionate and professional for your clients. He is already planning what he will do when he is old enough to work at Special Events. He's the light man!
