The mansion is a Queen Anne Victorian with tall ceilings, a majestic grand staircase, a breathtaking ballroom, and crystal chandeliers. This venue also possesses a Savannah-style courtyard and two gazebos for outdoor ceremonies or cocktail receptions. Couples are able to capture special moments at any of these picturesque locations for their once-in-a-lifetime event with up to 120 of their friends and family. The venue also can provide you and your guests with overnight accommodations if needed.

Packages have been styled to accommodate everything from elopements of 10 guests to grand wedding celebrations of 125 attendees. The venue’s mid-range Magnolia package includes full event catering and beverage services, a floral allowance, professional photography, wedding entertainment, and a wedding cake. Day-of coordination, get-ready rooms, a ceremony rehearsal, and setup and cleanup are also included with this option. An array of package upgrades can be added to enhance occasions and suit event specifications.
