Amazing!

Stone Mill Inn is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. HOWEVER, what made us choose Stone Mill over the other venues we’ve visited was the passion that the team has for the work that they do; it was evident from the very first meeting that we had with Ken, Olivia, Amy, and Jim.

And Olivia- amazing!!!! She made sure we have everything before the day of; she checked in on us constantly, was very flexible when changes happened, and overall so kind; she clearly knows what she’s doing and we valued her opinion a lot throughout the process. She made us comfortable and answered every questions we have during planning, and she responded right away :)

The day of the wedding… it was unfortunate that it rained, but something we can’t control. As soon as I got to the bridal suite, Ken and Karen and team were there to help right away! Karen checked in on me and my bridesmaids every hour to make sure we are good; I was thankful for her bc the rain was stressing me out, and her constant reassurance made me feel better! Lol.

The whole wedding was so organized and everything went as planned! We’ve gotten so many praise from our guests about the food and the service, and of course how beautiful the property was. Our family and friends were all so impressed how great the staff and how friendly they were; some of them even said “they are clearly pros as what they do!” I could keep going on and on with this, SMI is just that amazing.

TLDR: if you want a wedding in a beautiful property/scenery AND! a staff that clearly cares about you and your experience and passionate about the work that they do, AND ofc DELICIOUS FOOD, I would go for Stone Mill Inn.

Our wedding at Stone Mill Inn was an absolute dream. Ken and Karen, the owners, were incredibly hands-on and dedicated to making our day perfect. From the initial planning sessions to the execution of our ceremony and reception, their attention to detail was impeccable.
The venue itself is stunning, offering a picturesque setting that made our wedding day feel like a fairytale. The inclusive package they offer, including in-house farm-to-table style catering, makes the entire process seamless and stress-free. The fact that everything was inclusive truly sets Stone Mill Inn apart from other venues in the Maryland/Pennsylvania area.

On our wedding day, the staff at Stone Mill Inn were absolute lifesavers! Despite our plans for an outdoor ceremony (“The Abbey” was even printed on our wedding invites!), unexpected rain forced us to swiftly change gears and move everything indoors. The staff displayed remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism throughout this sudden change. They were by our side every step of the way, ensuring that the transition was seamless and stress-free. Their adaptability and grace in handling the situation showed their commitment to ensuring our day was perfect, regardless of the weather, was evident in every detail they managed. We couldn't have asked for a more supportive team to navigate such a significant change on our special day.

Not only did they excel in creating a breathtaking atmosphere for our wedding, but the dinner experience was also beyond exceptional. What truly stood out was the attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure we, the bride and groom, not only had a chance to enjoy the delicious appetizers and dinner but also made certain we took moments together to celebrate amidst the whirlwind of the day. Their genuine care made us feel not just like another wedding couple, but like cherished guests, adding an extra layer of warmth to our entire wedding experience.

Olivia, our day-of coordinator provided by Stone Mill Inn, was a true star! Her friendly nature, smart ideas, and year-long dedication made our wedding planning easier and more enjoyable. Her expertise and warmth made her an invaluable part of our special day.

They were so attentive to our every need the day of, and the year and a half leading up to it as well. Every question was answered promptly and every worry was handled.
