My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Sundance after shopping around for several months and visiting five or six other "chain" and local jewelers...he was instantly impressed by Bill's knowledge and expertise in the industry and he was ultimately won over by the value and the very low-pressure sales atmosphere that Sundance offers! Though I loved my ring, after our engagement, I changed the setting, and Bill was extremely accommodating with that process, as well. And, of course, when we went to purchase our wedding bands, we returned to Bill and the team at Sundance, who remembered us (or, at least, pretended to!) and were very helpful in guiding us through their selection and accommodating (with price and options) and FAST! We had our rings within a week of our order because they do (all, I think?) of the work on-site (i.e., engraving and sizing). GREAT VALUE! And, great people! We purchased our wedding bands through Sundance. They created a beautiful custom band to compliment my unique engagement ring. The first time I tried on the band it was a little crooked and didn't sit quite flush with my setting, which they quickly corrected. Their custom work was done on time and within a few weeks. They also were able to order my husband several bands in his size to try on before making a final decision. Very fairly priced. Great to work with!
