Vanessa at Sweet Florescence was an amazing florist to work with. She was recomended to me for my wedding in July by a friend who had worked with her for that friend's December wedding.

Here's a summary of why I loved working with Vanessa:
- The arrangements were beautiful!
- She was very open to my ideas, but also gave me her input and used great creativity.
- She was very friendly each time we talked (phone, face-to-face and email).
- She was very responsive throughout my planning
- She was flexible with changes I requested
- She set up and broke down all arrangements on time on the day-of.
- She provided vases used in my centerpieces (for a small rental fee) so that I didn't have to buy (and then keep/store) everything

Here are the details:

I originally got in contact with her with just a list of the items I would need and a request to use orchids and bamboo. She scheduled a consultation with me to discuss the list, the orchids, other flower types and pricing. I was able to send her images I found online of what I was looking for, but I also was open to using her expertise and creativity in our arrangements. I had a relatively tight budget, according to national averages these days (I spent about $15K on the whole event), so Vanessa worked with me to keep all of our arrangements within the budget we had set aside for flowers, mixing in beautiful flowers I hadn't thought about and still allowing me my orchids.

After that phone meeting, we met at my venue for her to look around and become familiar with the site we had rented. We signed our contract, I made the first payment, and we discussed her ideas for the bouquets, centerpieces, and the smaller items I needed. I ordered a sample of the centerpiece, so we met a few weeks later to look at that and everyone loved it.

The day-of, I was so happy and impressed with everything (my bouquet especially)! She also provided vases for our head table so we could use our bouquets as the centerpieces there instead of having to purchase additional arrangements. I definitely recommend her to any and all brides! If I ever need flowers for events, I'll definitely be calling her again.

found vanessa online and as soon as I met with her I knew she was the one who could make my vision for our wedding come to life. Not only does she have great attention to detail she is so relaxed and willing to help out wherever necessary. She acquired all the flowers that had wanted and arranged them in a way that no one else could have. When I saw my bouquet, I cried. I was so happy. She incorporated some doilies that my great grandma had crocheted during World War 2. She sculpted them into flowers and added them to my bouquet. It was stunning! The centerpieces were gorgeous too! She arrived early and had everything ready to go before guests arrived. She also moved flowers from our ceremony to our after party and decorated it for us for free!    She stuck around and blended in the background just helping out wherever she could. She is everything desirable in a florist, creative, calm, inventive accommodating and polite.   I am so glad I found her and would highly recommend her to anyone. Her prices are great too. I would have had to pay double at other places and wouldn't have received the excellent service from start to finish like vanessa did. It was a pleasure working with her and I would hire her again anytime. 

The arrangements designed for me were beautiful. Vanessa paid close attention to my likes and personality, she asked about my favorite flowers, my wedding colors and themes, she asked me about my preference in design. I didn't have a vision on what I wanted but she so carefully put together beautiful table arrangements and bouquets that added just the right colors to my wedding. She incorporated my theme of snowflakes and silver into the arrangements, it was perfect. Her creation was far better than anything I could have pictured myself.
