Recently relocated to the Weiss Lake region of north Alabama, Symphony ala Carte is a professional wedding music service that was part of the Gulf Coast wedding industry for 25 years. It was created to help couples plan their musical needs by connecting them with well-qualified and experienced musicians. Giltinan, a violinist with a degree in performance from Temple University, worked with the top event planners on the Gulf Coast and has received rocognition from "Best of the Coast" as well as Couple's Choice Awards. Symphony ala Carte was the exclusive ceremony music vendor for the Pensacola Block Party Wedding.
