Texas Hill Country Charter and Limousine provided the bridal party bus, guest buses and getaway limo for our October wedding at Ma Maison. They have competitive pricing for the area and give a 10% discount if you book multiple vehicles. We provided party bus transportation for our wedding party and guests to get from downtown Austin to Dripping Springs. The buses were on time downtown and got everyone to the venue on time. They provided signs so our guests knew where to go and the owner Noel himself was at the hotel on the night of our wedding making sure everything went smoothly. At the end of our reception our limousine was on time waiting for us and the guest buses to head back downtown were ready to pick up our guests. We had kind of a complicated day-of timeline with many different pick up times for different groups of people and Noel was very organized and understood the schedule. He called us about a week before to review everything and made sure to follow up with the hotel and our wedding coordinator. He is also one of the nicest guys to deal with and we definitely recommend his company for wedding transportation.

We used Hill County Shuttle for the rehearsal dinner, for the wedding day to transport the wedding party back and forth from the rental house to the Terrace Club, and for the getaway limo. They were very flexible. The drivers were so kind and very friendly. They were also very patient waiting on us for a few minutes longer a couple of times. They also do wine tours, which we had to cancel at the last minute because of some cancellations on participation, and they were very gracious and understanding despite the cancellation. They were on time, and we felt very safe. It was one less worry having to get everyone where they needed to go with no worries. Definitely worth the extra expense. Give them the times and addresses, they do the rest. We even had the driver's cell phone number so that we could contact him when we needed to. Very professional and friendly, and personable. They were genuinely concerned with everyone's safety while still allowing them to enjoy the events.

With the wedding at a vineyard in Driftwood, I wanted to be prepared for late night transportation back to Austin. Because our venue allowed us to leave cars overnight, we used the four hour minimum and hired a large Mercedes van to take my family back to the hotel along with some decorations from the reception. It was expensive because of the minimum, but late at night, on the two-lane dark unfamiliar roads, after a night of celebration, this was worth this expense. The driver was so helpful, professional and entertaining. He arrived early and let me know he was outside if I needed him for anything. This is a splurge, but one that we all agreed was worth it. If I had hired them or someone else for the day, it would have been double what we paid - so this was a great alternative since we could leave our cars on site.
