The Barn at Cypress Meadows Plantations is a barn wedding venue in Howell, Arkansas. Originally constructed in the 1900s, the building once served as a stable. Following refurbishments, the traditional barn now offers a spacious, rural setting for special occasions and events.

Facilities and Capacity

The barn features three expansive lofts in which couples can host their guests. Banquet seating can be provided for up to 175 guests with wooden chairs and six-foot tables. Those with larger celebrations in mind can rent additional furniture for parties of up to 300 people. There is a designated outdoor ceremony space on the grounds where the happy couple can exchange vows before the reception. The newlyweds can then lead their guests to the barn which they can decorate according to their vision. Featuring a 15-foot custom-made bar, a kitchen, and a dressing room, the venue has a range of useful amenities for the occasion. The property is climate-controlled to accommodate weddings all-year-round. There is also a stage that can be set up for entertainment. Additionally, on-site parking is available for couples and their loved ones.

The business also runs a rental company that can arrange floral design and various rental items such as linens and tableware. Outside caterers are granted the use of the commercial kitchen and alcohol is also allowed on the premises. Couples can reserve the venue for one or two days according to their needs, with the option of a four-hour rehearsal period on Friday.

Accommodation

On-site accommodations can be arranged in the Duck Lodge. The property is available for couples and their guests from mid-February to the end of October. Sleeping arrangements are available for up to 35 guests, with additional space on sofas. The lodge consists of various guest rooms, a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, a washing machine and dryer, and restrooms.
