Facilities and Capacity

There are quite a few options to choose from when you book your wedding at The Barn at Harper Pines. Couples might choose to have their ceremony set up at the edge of the lake with pretty rustic benches and a gorgeous arbor to mark the altar; or perhaps an indoor ceremony is preferable in case of inclement weather. A banquet reception in the main barn or cocktail reception with hor d’oeuvres on the covered southern porch with a roaring fireplace can both be options at the barn. The venue offers a massive bridal suite with well-lit makeup areas, a comfortable lounge area, and three changing spaces. There’s also a groom’s suite which also features changing rooms and a furnished lounge area. In addition, caterers have their own prep space and bartenders will be quite comfortable behind their bar. With capacity of up to 500 guests, the Barn at Harper Pines can accommodate quite a few people; however, 350 guests is most comfortable for a sit down dinner reception and dance floor area.
