This property has been home to five different country music hall of fame members, spanning five decades. June Carter wrote Ring of Fire here and Patsy Cline cut "Crazy" while living here. Carl "Mr. Country" Smith, Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley are just some of the many icons that spent time on this property. Mother Maybelle Carter, the matriarch of Country music would often invite musicians from the Grand ‘Ole Opry to her house to gather and experience the joy of making music.

Since 1925, the property has maintained the character of its original state. The farmhouse holds two different get-ready rooms and a green room for the vendors. The barn is electric-equipped and has a built-in bar. The grounds are a great place to hold your ceremony and reception. The Bridal Retreat features a three-room suite for you and your bridesmaids to be pampered in. The Groom Experience is the man cave of the house, which features large glass garage doors, an exposed stack stone wall, concrete floors, and leather furniture.
