The Curtis - A Doubletree by Hilton is a trendy hotel located in the heart of downtown Denver, Colorado. They feature over 27,000 square feet of modern event space that is sure to wow your guests. They pride themselves on their retro pop-culture themes and contemporary decor. The Curtis - A Doubletree by Hilton is situated across the street from the Denver Performing Arts Complex, and provides stunning Rocky Mountain and city views.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 220 guests for a seated dinner with a dance floor or up to 500 reception style. Their Four Square Ballroom features 4,200 square feet of colorful event space that can be customized as you see fit. They also have an additional 2,000-square-foot outdoor terrace that is perfect for your ceremony or reception. Whether you're having an intimate gathering, fun n' funky wedding or a romantic lavish affair, The Curtis - A Doubletree by Hilton has you covered.

Accommodation
Your friends and family can stay the night on one of The Curtis hotel's 13 themed floors. Each has unique art and installations throughout. The 15th floor is their “Mad About Music” and highlights past musicians that have preformed at Red Rocks. If you have a penchant for scary movies, the 13th floor is titled “Dun Dun Dunnn!” and features a vintage vacancy notice from the “Bates Motel.” They also offer 800-square-foot, one-bedroom suites, Hyper Themed Rooms and standard rooms.

They were responsive and helped make planning a wedding while living out of town so much easier. They worked well with our vendors and made sure that their staff took extra special care of us, the bride and groom and our guests. We had our ceremony and reception at this chic hotel because we wanted our out of town guests to be able to experience downtown Denver and all that it has to offer. The reception area and the ceremony space had beautiful up lighting that went well with our colors (orange and platinum/gray), access to the outdoor fireplace on the patio during and after our ceremony and all throughout the evening, exposed brick and just an overall cool and funky place with lots of cute details.
Most of the out of town guests stayed at the hotel and loved the themed floors (The Pac Man Floor was a favorite) and the fact that they could walk the 16th street mall. We got lots of compliments on the good food (the mesquite steak and parmesan chicken) the open bar (especially our signature drink) and the overall ambiance. Additionally, the morning after wedding brunch was in the Corner, the hotel restaurant and the food was just as exceptional (everyone loved the grilled cheese and tomato soup). Like our sister said, “If we could, we’d go it all over again!” Thanks for your all your hard work and making sure our wedding weekend went off without a hitch. Hi, I'm Cheyenne - the planner of all things wonderful over here at the Curtis Hotel! I have worked with the Curtis for just over a year now and I don't think I could love this property more!
We're an ideal location, located in the heart of Downtown Denver with one of the only Private, Rooftop Terraces in the area. As you can see from the photos our Four Square Ballroom is completely customizable to reflect you and your partner on your special day. Our Funky Vibe & #StayHappy Attitude really make us stand out from the rest. From our Themed Guest Rooms & Instagram Worthy lobby, we're sure to put on an event your guests will never forget.
I absolutely love my job (something hard to come by now-a-days) and Weddings are my Bread & Butter! It truly makes my heart happy to be able to connect with the couples I work with and provide them with a Truly Magical Experience at our hotel.
If I'm not at The Curtis or at a Networking Event, you can catch me on the Tennis Courts or surfing Pinterest Boards for a new DIY project. I'm a huge Foodie and love scouting the area for the next hidden gem with great Cocktails and Charcuterie!

Alma has been with The Curtis for years, pre-pandemic and we're so thankful to have her on our team! She will be your go-to gal on wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly and as her a.k.a states- anything you need, she will make it happen!
Alma is even planning to have her daughter's wedding with us this coming July 2023 because she knows just what we're capable of!

Chef Jae is the Creative & Culinary Master Mind behind our Wedding Menus. He has been with The Curtis longer than any of us and man, does he know his way around the kitchen!
If you don't see anything on our menus that checks all your boxes, Chef Jae will create something custom and one-of-kind for your event!
He can accomodate any and all dietary restrictions- Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free... you name it!
He has even created custom Indian Cusine Menus for our recent Hindu Wedding as well as a custom Build Your Own Brunch Menu complete with Waffle Bar & Mimosas!
I'm convinced there is nothing Chef Jae can't do!

This hotel is fantastic and fun! The service is impeccable. The events staff is attentive and organized. They make sure everything happens perfectly. And everyone I've interacted with at the front desk and valet have been extremely helpful and responsive. Great hotel, in a wonderful downtown location!
What a wonderful site to work with! I so love the entire staff and as a coordinator, found them ALL to be amazing to work with! Perfect downotwn location with a newly completed ballroom renovation that brings amazing lighting and fun into the room. From elegant to eclectic, a great place to be!!
