Many people may say “We don’t need a wedding coordinator because we are having a destination wedding.” To be truthful, I thought that at first too. But thank goodness, someone recommended Khiara to us and we have her a call. I can honestly say our wedding would have been so stressful and chaotic without her.

We started working with Khiara from the very beginning in our wedding destination search. She helped us look for places and compare venues. It can be so overwhelming with how many options there are, so having Khiara there to sift through and show us choices was incredibly helpful.

Because we lived in a different state than Khiara, I thought it may be difficult not having meetings in person. But Khiara made the meetings so efficient and clear, it was as if she was sitting right in front of us.

She was also so helpful in thinking of the details. There were certain details that didn’t cross our mind, but Khiara was so organized we had those things planned well in advance. From the flow charts, to the schedule, to the coordinating with vendors, everything was prepared. She also discussed and negotiated with the event coordinators at the hotel. We were able to actual save money having Khiara’s assistance.

On the actual wedding day, everyone could not get over how relaxed we were. Honestly, it was because Khiara made us feel that way. From making sure everyone stayed on schedule to having bug spray passed out when the mosquitoes tried to join the party. She had taken care of it all.

There were some things she took care of that we didn’t find out until later when our guests told us. For example, our aunt needed a wheelchair to the ceremony. She had called the hotel several times to have someone bring the wheelchair but no one was coming. So she made one phone call to Khiara and within five minutes someone was there. These are the type of details you don’t want to worry about on your wedding day.

Khiara was so worth it and we truly wouldn’t have the wedding we did without her. I highly recommend Khiara and The Fête Loft for your wedding coordinating services. Her professionalism and organization can be beat. But also, she is overall a kind, wonderful, and joyous person to be around.
