Awesome, super nice, and very flexible. We we struggling to figure out how we could provide a shuttle to our younger guests that (1) was nicer than a school bus and (2) we could afford. Thord Hall at The Good Bus/Upper Valley Rides was so wonderful in working with us to find a package that worked. Everyone had wonderful things to say about the transportation. Thank you!

This was how we got ourselves and the whole wedding party and our families from the church, to Killington for photos, and then to the reception. It was fun for all of us to be together after the wedding and before the reception. The company was great to work with and our driver was very professional. We would use this company again for any type of party.

Please read this review before booking Upper Valley Ride, especially for a special event. We reserved UV Ride's coach and car rental services for our wedding in March 2016, 15 months before the date of our wedding in June of this year. Elizabeth seemed incredibly helpful and accommodating at the time. It was lucky that my future mother-in-law and I reached out multiple times to review the details of our event with them. Elizabeth suddenly stopped returning our phone calls. It wasn't until we emailed her that we got an automatic reply that UV rides will no longer be providing bus rentals.

Despite speaking with Randy, the manager, multiple times over the past month he failed to mention that UV ride would no longer be providing us services and instead sat on the deposit we paid them. You would think they would at least have the decency to reach out to us telling us that we have to find a new service for our wedding.

If we had not hounded them, my wedding day would have come and we would not have been able transport our guests, or ourselves, to and from our wedding venue. Now we are three months out and are extremely limited in transportation options. I'm left to write a review and warn other brides not to trust these people because they won't even speak with me about the matter.
