Facilities and Capacity
Renovated in 2020, The Grove Event Center provides:
‐ Saturday events with exclusive use of the facility for five-hour events, ending by 11 pm for up to 250 guests
‐ Decor and/or ceremony rehearsal scheduled day prior, ending by 7:00 p.m..
‐ Room set with tables, Chiavari chairs, linens, and an 8’ x 8’ stage area.
‐ Bartender(s) and non-alcoholic beverage service for the full event time.
‐ Facility Manager present throughout the event.
‐ Private ready room.
‐ 12 colored LED up-lights.
‐ Free, ample parking.
Location
Located in a quiet knoll of the Springfield Township Administration Complex, The Grove is conveniently located on Winton Road, approximately 1.5 miles north of Ronald Reagan Highway, 4.5 miles south of I-275, and 50 minutes from the Greater Cincinnati /Northern Kentucky International Airport. It is also near a variety of other sites for you and your guests to explore. The Grove Center services weddings and events throughout the local area, including Hamilton, Fairfield, and Northern Kentucky.

BEST Venue Ever
There is an outside space in which I had yard games set up and our 30+ children guests and adults guests loved having an outdoor space (it was a beautiful day).
I am a rule follower and very organized so working with the Grove (Thom and Karen specifically) was very smooth because they communicated very clearly about due dates and payments. I knew what payments and paperwork was expected when. Karen was on site during our reception and she was awesome! She went over and above by making sure all the behind the scene things were taken care of. She really cared for my husband and I and our guests.
If you want a nice, reasonable, and smooth running reception, I highly encourage you to choose the Grove Event Center.
