Wonderful to work with! Haven't had my wedding yet but so far so good!! She is such a sweet heart! With this venue all I have to worry about is our attire and flowers and wedding insurance! So stress free!! From what I've heard you have to get the wedding insurance with in 30 days of your event if not you can't have the event until you get it. Which is understandable when the insurance is only around $100

I bought wedding insurance 3 weeks before the wedding even though the contract does say 4 weeks out. The owner never even once asked me for the insurance and when I mentioned that we bought the insurance one week prior at two weeks out from the wedding she canceled my wedding. She said that my contract was null and void and she would not refund a penny to me. There was no requirement from the insurance company for the 30 days. This was only her requirement. The owners house (where the wedding would have been located) would have still been covered with the insurance. There was also nothing in the owners contract that stated that the whole contract was void or any other consequences for buying the wedding insurance a week later then 30 days out. Needless to say having my wedding canceled two weeks out was stressful, not getting my $5775 refunded, and we had to pay for a whole new venue out of pocket.
