Owner Beth has created a unique venue filled with antique furnishings and vintage pieces collected over a 30-year period. The Loft of Elements Preserved can accommodate wedding-related events for up to 50 people, making it a particularly attractive location for elopements. You can choose to host everything from your engagement party, rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception in this urban-chic space. Ceremonies are held in the bright loftspace, before a quick turn-around for evening soirees. The rustic seating is laid out parallel to the tall windows, with aisle decor such as candles or florals arranged to a couple’s liking. Natural light abounds thanks to the full-length windows and lofty area. For the reception, long, wooden farm tables are set at various angles, with rich wooden seating complementing the setting. Numerous fine furnishings also accommodate every event. Contemporary pendant lights hang from the industrial-chic ceiling. Guests can enjoy an intimate and atmospheric celebration, with climate control and 2 private restrooms to ensure comfort for all in attendance. There is parking allocated in two nearby garages.

Beth’s dedicated team wishes to welcome couples to this unique space, and assist them in planning a day of dreams. As an in-house planner, she will work with you to determine your wedding vision. She will guide you through sourcing everything from outside caterers and bartenders to florists and invitation design. They have a ready-made list of preferred vendors that feature a vast selection of businesses to choose from. Beth’s sister company specializes in vintage and specialty rentals, and couples can hire a variety of luxury items to decorate their special day. From vintage and modern seating and furnishings to candle holders and tabletop decor, these beautiful pieces help to add a dash of traditional luxury to the aesthetic.
