This was my first and only venue we looked at and I just fell in love

Everyone was so great! Very helpful with anything we needed! Truly amazing beautiful place to get married at!

Incredible!

This venue was the only venue we visited, and we absolutely loved it! Everything is so simple, elegant, and classy. From the chapel, to the event tent, to the Bed and Breakfast. I highly recommend! We used this venue for our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, AND as accommodations for the wedding party throughout the weekend (their homemade breakfast is AMAZING). Nate and his team made catering decisions so efficient and they easily accomodate for any dietary needs. The tasting was one of our favorite parts of the entire wedding planning process - the food was absolutely incredible. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Chef and Nate pay attention to the details, things I would never have thought of, but things that really elevate the look and feel of the day. I never worried for a second that things wouldn’t go as planned. Cara helped with wedding planning from start to finish. She was responsive, efficient, and ensured everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. Cara conducted our rehearsal and was there to answer any and all of my questions. She coordinated with all of my vendors, making sure everyone knew where to go and what time to be there. The planning pod software that is used for seating arrangements made everything so easy and worry - free the day of the wedding! The staff at the morris took care of shuttling guests to / from the parking lot, setting up, and tearing down, so even clean up was made super efficient and worry free. THANK YOU morris estate, we are so grateful to have been able to work with you for such a special weekend.

I've been married nearly a month already, but I had to come back and review the Morris Estate for their help with our 50 guest destination wedding. During the venue search last year, I really struggled to find venues that wouldn't dwarf our small crowd. And also, since we are currently living overseas, I was really looking for a full-service venue. The Morris Estate delivered and then some! We had our ceremony on a Sunday in their adorable Chapel, reception in the Supper Club, and rented the whole River House bed and breakfast for our wedding party and immediate families. As a non-local bride, the things that really helped me were that:
(1) I was assigned one point of contact for everything and she (Adara) was also my wedding coordinator;
(2) I could coordinate everything with her online using an online wedding planning software, including RSVP collection and seat assignments;
(3) the supper club is fully equipped (dance floor, lighting, tables, chairs, place settings, linens, cutlery, basic decor), so no need to have separate vendors;
(4) the standards for selecting approved vendors are very high, so you can trust their recommendations -- DJ Frank was incredibly professional and the food from LaSalle was impeccable;
(5) The River House!!! The photos online don't do it justice. It is immense and pristine. A perfect sanctuary back in the woods. We also took photos back at the covered bridge and enjoyed walks in the nature trails as our first day as a married couple. (price indication below is venue only, excludes house rental and is non-Saturday summer pricing).

We laid in bed at the end of the night and asked ourselves if there was anything that we would have done differently and we couldn't think of one thing! I still can't get over how great everything was. Let the ladies at the Morris Estate take care of you. You won't regret it.
