Chef Manuel provided catering services for our 150-guest wedding in Highland Park this past November. We knew we wanted something different from traditional wedding food and provide a unique experience to our guests, and Chef Manuel ended up being the perfect fit for us. His package prices were reasonable, he was pleasant to work with and above all, the food was delicious!! It was such a treat for our guests to watch Chef Manuel cook up the paella right in front of them. I think it really added that extra cherry on top. In addition to the paella, we also ordered tapas and empanadas to be passed around during cocktail hour, which were also so good!

Although it took us a while to build the final menu, Chef Manuel was there every step of the way to answer any questions we ha d about his menu items and the ingredients in them. We also loved that fact that red and white sangria was included in the menu packages because it was the perfect complement to the Paella. We were so happy with how everything turned around and a huge part of that was thanks to Chef Manuel

The Paella Artisan was the first and last caterer we met with. As we walked out of the tasting, I was like "Do I have to meet with other people?" The food was so good that we decided to stop searching right then and there. Our guests were so impressed by all the food. We got the package with the tapas display and I was so worried that I would miss out on it while I took photos after the ceremony. But Chef Manuel kept an eye out and made sure plates of all the food were made for us and put in the bridal suite so I got to try it all! Chef Manuel really went above and beyond during the planning process. He came to do a site visit with my wedding coordinator and venue manager to make sure we had everything he needed but also spent the time talking with us about all these other details. I cannot express how much I appreciated his thoughtfulness and time!
