THE RANCH Events Center is an elegant venue located in Anaheim, California. Situated on the 6th floor above the award-winning THE RANCH Restaurant, this space offers six private rooms and scenic views to complete your day. Dedicated event staff work to elevate your celebration with their friendly and knowledgeable service.

Facilities and Capacity

THE RANCH offers an array of stylish event rooms to host your perfect day. The Study is an ideal choice for an intimate celebration, offering space for up to 40 seated guests. This room is decorated in warm, earthy tones and comes equipped with a range of AV capabilities. For a stylish cocktail hour, The Dining Room offers sophistication in abundance. Rich Adler panel walls create warmth throughout, perfectly contrasted with the Emperador marble countertops. The private bar within this space provides an ideal focal point for guests to mingle and socialize. The Hospitality Suite is perfect for a warm and inviting reception event of up to 100 seated guests. This room offers rich wood paneling and a cozy fireplace to create a relaxed atmosphere for your celebration. For a grand wedding gala, The Great Room can comfortably accommodate up to 264 guests for a lavish reception. Large windows allow guests to drink in the view of the city by day and enjoy the fireworks show from Disneyland by night. Neutral decor throughout allows you to make this space your own. Two dedicated get-ready rooms are located beside The Great Room, to allow for a grand entrance. These preparation suites offer a luxurious space to relax before and after your event.

Beautiful venue with best wedding food & amazing staff, very accommodating

We got married in the Great Room at The Ranch on 1/29/22 with 60 guests. Long story short, we had one month to plan our wedding…The Ranch made it a beautiful wedding and helped us with the little details we had missed. The staff was there every step of the way and took care of us like we were royalty!

Alexis was so nice and was always prompt to respond to our calls and emails—and accommodated all of our special requests! She coordinated seamlessly with our vendors and made sure they knew what time and where to set up. On the day of, she even allowed us to arrive earlier to get ready & take pictures in the beautiful bridal & groom suites. Besides the beautiful suites, The Ranch has a photo studio room with different backgrounds on each of the walls (one with 2 armchairs, another with a white couch and chandelier, wooden arches, and a wall with LED candles). Bonus is the saloon you can take pictures in before they open to the public around 5pm. The different backgrounds really made our wedding pictures & video that much more interesting!

Alyson was there at our wedding and stepped in to help us coordinate our bridal party entrance…she took control when we were all scrambling and lost. It turned out perfect with her help. Alyson and Alexis went above and beyond to help us out the whole night…making sure we were fed and had all the drinks we could want. They constantly checked up on us. Thankfully they did because I ended up needing help with the bustles on my wedding dress. They were on the floor with my sister as she tried to figure out the bustle minutes before our first dance! Some of my guests thought they were actually our wedding planner/coordinator!

The staff and servers were super nice and helpful…they kept congratulating us and making sure we were doing okay.

The food was amazing…we got so many comments regarding how this was the BEST wedding food they have ever had! Tasted freshly made and not just reheated. We even had leftovers and The Ranch was so nice to provide to go boxes and bags for our guests.

The venue was beautiful…so spacious and elegant. It even has a nice terrace area that is perfect for taking outside pictures during the fireworks from Disneyland. Our wedding at the Ranch surpassed all of our expectations and we are so happy we booked with them! Thank you to The Ranch and their amazing staff (especially the Dream Team consisting of Alyson, Alexis, & Matt)! What a super nice and professional group of people! Thank you so much for making our wedding PERFECT!

Review for the Ranch Events Center

We found out that planning a reception party in southern California in summer is no simple task. Even more difficult was finding a reasonably priced, non-conventional venue with 5-star food, service and a coordinating team that shares your vision. Not to mention accommodating discriminating guests such as providing a Celiac-friendly menu, air conditioning (it was 90 degrees in August) & free parking.

My husband and I currently work & live in NY,  but needed to throw a banquet for a large number of family in CA. Alyson & Alexis, Matt and the team were professional & a delight to communicate with from beginning to end of the planning process. I am still amazed that there were almost no request that couldn't be accommodated for (& believe me we had a list!). Our Hospitality Suite had a 6th floor view, lots of space & luxurious details with mahogany walls, and even a terrace that allowed guests outdoor views of the beautiful CA sunset and fireworks at the end of dinner. The team even decorated the fireplaces with glass vases, floating candles and lanterns. Simply magical!

We were also impressed by that the restaurant itself was built like a fortress with high security, & provided everything from backdrop wall, AV equipment, lighting and sound...even flatscreens on both sides of the room for our videos.
There's even an unique saloon downstairs with live stage and dancing for an afterparty.  Ofc the food and service were impeccable and we continued to receive lots of compliments from guests about the menu for the next few weeks. 

Despite not being able to visit the site in-person until the day before, no details went amiss & the venue truly went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We couldn't have been happier, will return to celebrate our anniversaries :)

Incredibly accommodating and AMAZING!

I recently had my wedding reception here at The RANCH restaurant and everything went swimmingly! They were so incredibly accommodating! First off the venue is BEAUTIFUL it is very elegant and classy and the servers are very professional. We had 2 event spaces reserved and the level of coordination between the 2 spaces was incredible. They listened to our every request and basically made it happen!
Leading up to the event we worked with Alyson Carpenter who is the best possible person to deal with for the stressful planning of a wedding. She was super responsive, took care of coordinating the venders the day of and even agreed to help present us a sword to cut our wedding cake with (we are a bit dorky lol).
Also a plus, you can see the Disney fireworks show from the event rooms which is a nice touch.
If you are still not convinced this place is amazing... GO TRY THE FOOD! It is to die for! We were tired of going to weddings with terrible food so having a decent meal was a priority! Even the cheapest menu they have is delicious and filling! We went to the restaurant before to try the food and we were hooked!
Just get married here, you'll have great memories and great photos!

TL; DR: just get married here!
