*Hands on from the start

*Your guide to anything wedding related

*Vendor selection guidance to include Photographer, Stationer, Florist, Caterer, DJ/Band, Videographer, Cake, Rentals, along with assistance in any other requests

*Management of the vendors once hired, follow through to be certain they are doing what you have hired them to do

*Guidance in ordering of paper products, Save The Dates, Invitation Suites, Menus, Specialty Drink Menu, Bar Menu, Programs

*Signage, if desired, Wedding Welcome, Program, Specialty signs (Paper and or Signage Companies can handle these, depending on the design)

*Design board to include all details, beginning with color palette, Wedding Aesthetic, Ceremony attire, Flowers, Ceremony design details, Cocktail hour decor, Place Setting design, Reception layout and design, Head table design, Guest Table Design, Seating chart/escort card design and display

*Linen Order, Swatches available

*Specialty outsourcing, if needed for decor element and/or table setting etc.

*Aisle planner software to download guest list, create timeline, seating chart

*Rehearsal and Assistance with, if needed, Rehearsal dinner decor

*Assistance in lodging blocks

*Details, ideas, decor will all be presented to you for approval to move forward

*Unlimited calls, emails, text, meetings to make the process easy and seamless planning for you

*Day of wedding: full coordination of the day, assistance with all vendors, help in special requests for your bridal party & family. Hands on with design and finish of the final details giving you the vision you imagined
