The Veranda and Veranda Patio

Conveniently located in Northern Madison County and in the heart of Boone’s Trace Subdivision, Boone’s Trace National Golf Club’s The Veranda is the perfect venue for hosting many events, such as weddings, corporate gala’s, sorority formals, family reunions, bridal showers, baby showers, conferences, educational seminars, and charity events. If you’re looking for an intimate setting for your family and friends The Veranda is the perfect place.

The Veranda is a large patio that overlooks an 18-hole golf course. The view, especially at sunset, is breathtaking and offers guests a great place to dance and mingle. There is also a huge event room attached to The Veranda. Brides have found this to be a great way to hold the wedding ceremony outside on The Veranda and then move inside and enjoy a buffet or sit down reception.

Our wedding packages offer a variety of options and each one is equally customizable as it is affordable. Our guests love this feature and it really adds to the uniqueness of your experience. We can do just about anything to make your wedding here at The Veranda at Boone’s Trace National Golf Club one that you and your guests will never forget.

The Veranda - $500 for 4-hours.
(Setup time is not included in the 4-hours, so if you need to come a few days prior to your event to set up, providing there is not another event scheduled, this is acceptable).

Deposit - $100 which will be applied to the total invoice. A credit card number must be kept on file until the conclusion of the event.

Table rental – includes table, white linen and 8 chairs for $10 a table. Same rate applies for use of table for food and miscellaneous use.

Bar – if a bar is needed, all alcohol MUST be purchased from our establishment.

Bartender – bartending fees are $25 an hour per bartender. For groups of 50 or more guests we require two (2) bartenders.

Photo Props – $25 which includes huge sunglasses, hats, wands and more fun items

Other items and Accessories – cake tables, table skirts, bourbon barrels, etc., can be discussed and a quote given.
