The Water Table is a venue in Virginia Beach, Virginia available for hosting wedding events along the waterfront. As part of Fisherman’s Wharf Marina, this setting is truly unique with spectacular views of the Rudee Inlet. Whether gathering for an indoor or outdoor celebration, privacy and serenity are available to you and your guests for a special and memorable occasion.

Facility and Capacity

This venue is located on the Rudee Inlet and blocks from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. As you celebrate within the indoor space, you will appreciate the light and airy ambiance as well as expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the marina. The versatile décor is easily adaptable to the style you desire for your wedding event, equipped with classic chandeliers that add a touch of brilliance to the space. A cozy fireplace and generous dance floor are perfect for a night of dancing and mingling with family and friends. Outdoor space options of this venue include a covered porch and lawn area near the water, both of which can be used for a ceremony or cocktail hour. Items available with the use of The Water Table include prch furniture, gift, cake and guest tables along with space for up to 225 people. As you select the ideal wedding venue, know that The Water Table offers personal tours of the location, by appointment.

Great people and a gorgeous venue!

Like many other 2020 brides, my fiance and I had to change our wedding plans and decided to postpone to a date in 2021. Deb and Sarah could not have been more understanding and easy to work with in changing our date. They truly seem to care about their couples and are always available to answer questions when needed.

Amazing Day

Thank you so much Sarah and Deb at the Water Table for helping to make our wedding day amazing! We were married in October 2020, and the Water Table far exceeded our expectations. We fell in love with the room and the views immediately, and we received so many compliments from our family and friends. Sarah and Deb made the planning process easy and the entire day was perfect and stress free! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to say I Do! Thank you so much!

Great Venue

We booked the whole building of The Watertable including the porch and lawn about a year in advance and it was great the whole time. After we booked we were in contact with them a little bit because we were far away from our date, but when the date got closer, Deb and Sarah were contacting us to make sure everything was set. Every question that we had, they had an answer to. Any requests were taken seriously and they were very organized. We have gotten so many compliments on The Watertable and how lovely it was. We are so happy with how everything turned out!
