Wedding celebrations are anything but commonplace here at Tierra. Our current calendar leaves space for us to host a limited number each year - all are unique and special events.Tierra is an ideal location if you're interested in creating your own event from the ground up. Tierra Retreat facilities offer maximum flexibility and a great deal of the infrastructure you can use for the celebration. You, your families and friends get the spot to yourselves for days at a time to mix and match activities, ceremonies, dance parties, parades... creativity and festivity have been hallmarks of all our weddings here.

Attention all couples wanting to get married in 2024!! We just had some April, August, and September dates open up!! Please contact me ASAP for availability and information. April's rate is $4,800/ night for the full facility rental and August and September are at $6,500/ night.

We have a two night full facility rental requirement during our busiest wedding months- May-October. The rate is $6,800/ night for the full facility rental (main lodge, grounds, and all 20 suites for lodging.) You are welcome to add on an additional day rental for half price- $3,400/ night if you wanted to add on an extra day. April is in our value rate category and is $4,800/ night with a two night minimum. The full facility rental typically begins at 1 or 2pm on Friday and ends at 2pm on Sunday. The full facility rate includes use of the Main Lodge and all of its infrastructure of tables, chairs, dishware, glassware and silverware for 150 pp. and our fully stocked commercial kitchen. We have enough tables to seat 200, 175 plastic chairs, and 105 wooden chairs. We do not have linens or any PA equipment on site. There are three upstairs conference rooms in which two could be used for the couples’ dressing rooms. We also have a bunch of leftover decorations, signs that can be put up around the property, full length mirrors, and other various items in our storage room. All infrastructure and items on site are included in the facility rental price. There is a deck that can hold 110 people and a large shaded lawn in front that is great for the wedding night dinner/ reception. It includes all 20 of our room suites (one queen bed in its own room and a pull-out queen with memory foam mattress in the sitting room), use of our outdoor amphitheater which can accommodate about 150 people, our yoga yurt, hiking trails, an eight person outdoor hot tub, and our recreational meadows with basketball court and fire ring. We also have permanent lighting strung in the meadow, and over the deck and lawn of the lodge.

The full facility rental also includes all 20 of our room suites (one queen bed in its own room and a pull-out queen with memory foam mattress in the sitting room.) It includes overnight lodging for the first 40 adults. The suites are capable of holding up to 80 people if there are four people per suite. There are also 22 bunkbeds available in the main lodge for a total lodging of 102 people. If you have more than 40 adults staying on site there is an additional $35/person/night charge. If you expect to have 20 or less guests camping they are welcome to camp in the recreational meadow near the main lodge. If there are over 20 people camping then you would need to rent out our group camping area, Barn Canyon. There is no charge for day use guests if the wedding is under 150 people in size. If you have more than 150 people then there is a $10 per person charge for additional adult day use guests up to a maximum wedding size of 300 people (includes people lodging on site.) There is no charge for day use or overnight lodging for children 2 and under.

All of our suites are set up just like a hotel with soap, shampoo, and all linens provided. They all have private bathrooms and a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, a bar sink, a 4 person dishware set, an electric water kettle, and a French press. All suites have heat and A/C.

We don’t provide catering, but have an extensive list of local caterers on our website that have worked with us several times in the past: https://www.tierraretreat.com/weddings/vendors-resources You may also cater your own wedding and can serve beer and wine yourselves, however if you are serving hard alcohol you will need to have a server (with a liquor permit.) You will also need to purchase a banquet permit for the event day which is available on-line for $10. You don’t have to choose a caterer off of our list- you can hire whoever you want or do all the cooking yourselves.

All open bars are required to stop serving by 8pm on the day of the event. Wine and beer are not considered part of an open bar and can be served all night. Amplified music (DJs or live bands) is required to shut down at 10pm, however laptops or phones hooked up to small/ quiet speakers and acoustic music are allowed to continue past 10pm.

We allow up to three dogs on the property per event. There is a pet agreement letter and a $50 non-refundable pet deposit. There are three suites that are pet friendly.

Wedding Venue

The best wedding venue in all of Washington! It was such an incredible experience to have our family and bridal party stay at the venue for the full weekend, along with our 2 dogs. The venue had everything we could have dreamed of, the most beautiful amphitheater, a wonderful deck for dancing, a lodge, a lawn for the reception and plenty of space for lawn games! Additionally the venue also provided a plan B Tent in the event of rain. The Venue coordinator was so incredible wonderful and easy to work with! I could not recommend this venue enough, it was truly a magical forest summer camp wonderland! Every single guest complimented the venue, the beautiful atmosphere and what an incredible space it was for the full weekend!

Tierra is perfect!

I googled “wedding in the woods” and the Tierra Retreat Center is what I got. This was an absolutely gorgeous venue for a fall wedding. The amphitheater was my dream ceremony location and the main lodge was perfect for the reception. Jen was lovely to work with and answered any and all questions I had. She sent pictures and updates throughout the process. Everyone loved the suites and we have had multiple discussions about coming back for a family reunion. Loved loved loved my experience with them.

Eron, Jen, Andrew, and the amazing staff at Tierra made not only our wedding, but the entire week leading up to it absolutely incredible. I can't thank them all enough for their kindness, flexibility, support, and the care that they show. We, as well as our guests, had an absolutely incredible time. A week later and our guests are still gushing over how magical it was, and how they'd love to go back again on one of our anniversaries. We definitely agree, and are already trying to figure out when we can go back!
