I had this vendor for pictures and videographer and the pictures came out great I loved the quality however the videography was ok for my ceremony it was good quality for half the ceremony and then the last half they switched cameras and it looked like something from video camera From the 1980’s that I was disappointed about , also the their cameras battery died for about 15 minutes during the end of my ceremony thank God they got the kiss and the walking up the isle but then , got half of our faces and didn’t get much of us coming back up the isle. Also if you want punctuality with getting back to you and your emails and such forget about it this vendor takes their time getting back to you and now I am still waiting to hear back about my wedding album that was supposed to be part of our package anyway!! Ridiculous! Which is a shame because overall on the day they were great it just after and before. Future Brides beware when booking this vendor , they were the right price but I would never again pick them.

We hired Robert to video our wedding. He requested extra time to get the video completed as he had a lot of weddings booked. One year later, no video and he will not respond to calls, emails or text messages. It was hard to rate the quality of his work because I haven't seen it.

This photographer was met in person twice (to book him in April and to go over the wedding schedule 4 days before the wedding! He was a no-show. He claimed that it was not on that day, but the contract says otherwise. He has not returned the deposit. He has given no apology for his screw-up. Also, he has been ghosting us.
