The TLC team was a great partner to us during our wedding planning journey, and especially the day of! Kirin brings great energy, is organized, punctual, and takes a genuine interest in her clients and making sure the planning process and day-of goes not only as planned, but is a perfect day.
Kirin was very responsive in the planning journey, always attentive to our many questions and I found it very helpful that she would spot-check vendor contracts to make sure everything was standard terms and there were no red flags. Kirin would give advice and helped us think of all the details that were important leading up to the big day. Kirin partnered well with the venue-point of contact which was a huge help.
When it came to our rehearsal, Kirin she managed the large group of us well and made sure that we understood our places and spots, all while maintaining a sense of fun in the process. Multiple members of our family and wedding party commented that Kirin was on top of things and did a great job facilitating us. It also felt like Kirin and I were in sync - there were a few items that came up that needed to be addressed the day before/day of (i.e. the table formation seemed a little far to the left, when it should have been more centered) and Kirin finished my sentences when I brought up questions or items that needed to be addressed and then followed up promptly to confirm the items were handled and noted any outstanding action items. When we parted ways after the rehearsal, Kirin told me that I should call or text her at any time of the evening or night if I thought of anything else. Fortunately, that was unnecessary since we had been so thorough leading up to that point, but I believe that if I had called at any hour, with anything, she would have been quick to address it. Having this partnership and confidence in her and the team really helped me rest easy going into the big day. I knew I was covered and she had our back.
Day of, Kirin and her team did a great job. They were very clear with their instructions, our schedule, and while I have no doubt there must have been little hiccups or stresses that came up (there always are, right?), we heard and saw none of it.
Throughout the day and evening, Kirin checked in with us, in casual and fun little ways, to make sure we were all good (and we were even better than all good!) and if we needed anything. There were a few times that we did need something, and she handled it immediately. There were a few things also that were unrelated to her services (i.e. our champagne running low) and she addressed that too!
What really set Kirin a part for me was how she treated my Dad, who was a little nervous about his toast. I noticed Kirin checking in on him, giving him a warning when we were 10 minutes away from the time of his toast. We had an outdoor reception, and by the time it was time for the toasts, it was dusk. My dad's vision is not the best, so Kirin walked him up the the toast area (there was some uneven surfaces to walk through), and then stood by his side holding her phone flashlight to his paper so he could clearly see and not be distracted by trying to hold a flashlight himself.
Kirin in particular, and her whole team, helped make our wedding vision come to life and helped create a beautiful and magical day for us. We would highly recommend Kirin and her team to any couple!

Amazing! Haha they were SO helpful in the planning process as well as the day of our wedding. Very good at communicating and helping us remember things as well as answering ALL of our questions (sometimes more than once 😂).

I was seeking the help of a wedding planner for the my big day, but never expected to have a whole entourage of help come to ensure that my wedding day was all I had dreamed of and more. Kirin and her team were responsive to both my husband and I since we enlisted their services. Kirin was beyond professional and communicated with me in a timely manner. We were able to discuss every detail of the wedding and left the execution piece to her for our wedding day. The biggest wow factor for both my husband and I was the execution of the chapel decor, music, and timing. All I could do was tell Kirin what I was looking for, but she was able to bring my vision to life. I thank you Kirin and the team from TLC Events for making by ceremony something out of a fairy tale.

The reception ran just as smoothly and they could have easily been mistaken as part of the family. They were professional, attentive to all those involved in the wedding, and courteous to everyone. The TLC staff was able to help us stay on track with our timeline and still have enough time to dance the night away. I would highly recommend any bride seeking a wedding planner to enlist the services of Kirin and her TLC Events team. You will not regret it.
