When planning our destination wedding in Florida we knew that hiring a great photographer was a priority for us. We knew the day would pass quickly and that having wonderful pictures to memorialize our wedding would be something we would cherish forever & that was very important to us.

We chose her services for 5 hours with 2 photographers, in order to capture all the special moments happening with us and around us. Tonya spent a great deal of time selecting the best photos to present to us and even took the time to make minor photo enhancements, so the final result was just… WOW!!
Also, we met with Tonya for an engagement session a couple of months prior to our wedding so we could get to know her. This was a good move as it allowed us to become comfortable with Tonya & her style and vice versa. We think this made a significant difference in how our wedding pics turned out. I highly suggest you take the opportunity to have a quick 30 minute session prior to your wedding (with whomever you choose to use). We got to know Tonya and got some great pics in the process!

In addition, Tonya was very helpful and willing to make suggestions and provide recommendations that made planning from out-of-town so much easier. She provided great stylists & make-up recommendations that we took and helped us with our venue selection. And let me tell you, Tonya is well known and highly regarded in the SW FL wedding community - everyone we met was very complementary of her work, which made us feel like we definitely made the best choice in going with Tonya and her team.

I can’t say enough good things about Tonya. I chose her to be my wedding photographer for our beach wedding in Marco Island, FL. I was so impressed with her portfolio - I knew instantly after reviewing it that she was the one. I do a bit of photography myself, so I can certainly appreciate how difficult it can be shooting a beach wedding due the potential of really harsh lighting. Our wedding day consisted of clear blue skies and an overwhelming amount of sun which can sometimes be a nightmare for a photographer. I was blown away with how PERFECT she captured everything. And post ceremony, she timed our husband and wife pictures perfectly with the sunset. Additionally, there were a lot of young children at our wedding as well as activities going on at the beach, but she remained so calm and collected throughout the event and directed everyone through each phase of the shoot. She made it so easy. I have experience with a lot of photographers and she is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. Following the event, she provided excellent communication and was very clear with timelines (and stuck to them). She even went above and beyond and gave us some extra touch-ups just because!
