You hear a lot of talk about capturing cherished memories through photography. While a photograph freezes a moment in time, I go beyond simply capturing what’s in front of me. Vision comes into play: finding the angle and perspective that creates a work of art. That can sound pretentious, but the cool part hits you when you realize that an image of yourself has become artwork. You are now the subject in a piece you would be proud to display in your home. This doesn’t happen simply because I’m awesome (or because I have a great camera). It comes from connecting with you and working together to create images that reflect you as your best, most authentic self.
