The Union Pacific Dining Lodge is a large facility with a superb selection of event spaces and room for up to 350 guests. The Mammoth Room welcomes all your loved ones to the majesty of its floor-to-ceiling windows and polished floors, with a magnificent, 15-foot-high fireplace ready to act as your altar. As soon as the vows are said and done, your friends and family can make their way to the courtyard, where a lush lawn awaits an afternoon of fun, thrill, and flowing champagne. This space also features plenty of room for cocktail tables and grazing stations, where your guests can mingle and munch away on post-ceremony snacks. Once the clock strikes party time, you and your nearest and dearest can retreat to the Firehole Room, where an evening of unending delight awaits. Complete with a bar, a warm, cozy furnace, and floor space for all your dining and dancing, this ballroom is built for nights never forgotten. A full-service, industrial-size kitchen is also available for use, filling your feast with the freshest food and drink.

The Union Pacific team is your rock from start to finish. The venue is fully equipped with everything you need for your extravaganza. Utencils, glasswear, 6' round tables, 5' round tables, 8' rectangle tables, 6' rectangle tables, and white folding contour chairs. Our fireplace is also fully functional and our staff is equipt and trained to start a fire for you. With your rental you have access to our AV equiptment.
