We just had my son's wedding reception in June 2017. UNI catering did an absolutely fantastic job from the appetizer service, bar service and the dinner buffet. We had nearly 300 quests and everyone got through the buffet line in a timely fashion. The food was excellent. Can't tell you how many of our guests commented that they loved the food. Thank you UNI catering and the Maucker Union for making our wedding reception just simply outstanding.

Delicious! We had passed appetizers during a cocktail hour and a plated dinner. The food was high quality and very tasty, the service was very professional.

Parking on campus is the biggest issue, but if you can get past that it is a wonderful venue! We used the Maucker Ballroom and they did a beautiful job setting up. Spending the extra for the ceiling draping was worth it! We had butler service for appetizers before dinner, and a buffet meal. Food was wonderful at the tasting, and wondered what it would be like for a buffet, as other wedding buffets were very poor. They did an outstanding job! Every guest commented on how wonderful the food was! UNI does a great job of signage for parking, and guests found their way through campus. Great job UNI catering and UNI Maucker for making our wedding memorable! We were impressed!
