We were so pleased with the incredible quality of wedding photography we received from Joe Lech (Vandelay Weddings). We found him to be the consummate professional — yet really friendly and personable and very skilled in his craft. He has an expertly trained eye for what makes an exceptional, artistic photo. Joe met with us beforehand to get a feel for what we were looking for and the types of photos we wanted. We also emailed back and forth at length — we felt like he really took the time to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted for our special day! Joe arrived on time for both our rehearsal and wedding/reception. He took the most amazing, artistic, and high-quality photographs. We especially loved the photos he took at our wedding reception — just outstanding quality and beyond what we’d even hoped for. Top notch photography! He took formal wedding photos as well as impromptu photos that really captured various special moments — like a snapshot in time. One of the photos he took at our wedding reception we had made into a 16x20 poster print, had it framed and now it proudly hangs in our living room. Visitors to our home comment on it constantly as it is just the most incredible photo! (Joe’s resolution was so superior that we were able to print a photo that size and lose none of the quality!) Vandelay Weddings provided an exceptional product for a very reasonable cost. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Joseph took our engagement pictures last year and we could not be more pleased with his work. I showed him some samples of what I wanted, and we rented an old 70's mansion and he brought the vision I head for our pictures into reality! He made us both feel comfortable and at times even pushed us out of the comfort zone to create a masterpiece! Loved working with him!

So creative and artistic! Joe/Vandelay captured all the shots we could have wanted during the reception and ceremony, and all the little details too. Such a great eye! He was personable with our friends and family too which I’m sure helped with all of the photos we got. I had told Joe over the phone that I’d like as many candid shots as possible, to which he replied, “that’s kinda my specialty”, and he was right! So many great photos of our guests!!
