Virginia’s House is a historic wedding venue located in Glendale, Arizona. This venue, the historic C.H. Tinker home was built in 1913, is proud to be a part of the National Register of Historic Places. Over the years, the C.H. Tinker Home was renovated and restored to become the area’s first boutique event venue. Since 1998, this venue, owned by Natalie Stahl, has been providing couples with the perfect historic and romantic backdrop for their bridal/baby shower, engagement party, ceremony, elopement, and reception.
Facilities and Capacity
Wedding parties of all sizes can be accommodated at Virginia’s House. Whether you are planning a small, intimate gathering or a larger event, you can enjoy your big day with up to 125 of your friends and family. The gardens not only feature lush and blooming plants, but also a spacious patio. This 2,100-square-foot space provides you with the opportunity to enjoy the garden while staying comfortable beneath the covering.
Services Offered
Regardless of what type of event you choose, the venue price includes decorations and furniture for your special event. When you host your reception here, linens, centerpieces, chairs, and more are included in the price. There are also services such as setup, cleanup, and coordination included in the price. As an added bonus, you will not be charged any service fees, taxes, or gratuities. If you need help choosing other vendors, such as a photographer, the team can help you out. My home away from home with the most incredible and personable staff. I felt at home the minute I introduced myself. Virginia's house attracts great couples and vendors. I have clients that have said the same as well. If you are looking for an intimate venue with great vendors and a staff the pays attention to detail and will make you feel like family for any event. Virginia's House is by far the one place you want to visit. The pictures just will not do it. You have to see it and feel the amazing energy the venue and the staff have for you as a client. One visit and you will love it as much as I do.
