Amazing! Jackie and her design team made a dress better than I even imagined. We worked together to create a sketch after I spent months of not being able to find a dress I liked. My dress looked even better than the sketch and I cannot wait until November for everyone to see it! Jackie was very kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her. I cannot wait until she does my veil and I get to see everything put together. I can't thank her and her team enough!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They absolutely ruined my wedding dress experience. I was so uncomfortable in my wedding dress on my wedding day and I will never forgive them for making me feel this way and ruining something I was so looking forward to in my life. I gave them my dress for alterations months before my wedding. I made it expeditiously clear what my expectations were and what the dress needed and even simplified it - just take it in and correct the sleeves. What a nightmare. I return for a follow up ONE MONTH before my wedding, and nothing on the dress is done. The seamstress did one thing and it was not even what I asked for. Despite taking my measurements, I showed up that day with one forearm taken in way too tight. The rest of the dress? Untouched. One month before my wedding. On the day of my wedding, the fabric on that forearm ripped before I even got to the hall. I gave her another chance to get it together before my wedding and do the alterations I originally asked for and guess what she did? She left town and said she didn’t know when she would be back. Leaving me with a half sewn dress, almost no alterations done correctly - 10 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING. I had to search everywhere for someone to help me and I had to pay an extra thousands of dollars to get it fixed so I could pick up my dress two days before I was getting married. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I asked for some money back to conpensate for THEIR mismanagement but they blamed me instead because I had to reschedule an appointment once that whole summer for the next day. These are the people you trust with most important and expensive dress of my life. It is my single biggest regret and it still hurts me today. Everytime I look at my wedding pictures I notice how the alterations were so messed up and it fills me with so much sadness. They did not even apologize or accept that what they did was wrong.
