Born in the verdant town bordering Slovenia. It was a sunny day in 2013 when her infectious smile turned up at our office and since then she's been our invaluable resource of energy.
With a background in foreign languages and event management studies, and a work-study experience in London listed on her resume, growing in her role as a WP was effortless, and she can already count hundreds of successful events in her archives. Fede specialises in weddings of international couples and she has been a solid onsite coordinator for WeddingItaly countless times, servicing many of our favoured locations with her linguistic savviness in English, German and Spanish.
Born in the north-east corner of Italy, Sonia is our senior wedding planner and co-owner of WeddingItaly. She specializes in the planning of high-end and exclusive events. Sonia joined the wedding industry in 2002 after completing her studies in the field and has planned over 400 events for couples who picked Italy as their magical setting to celebrate their love. Being a planner queen, she has also supervised just as many events.
She has a strong London accent when she speaks because she spent a whole year living as an au pair in the Old Smoke. But she's also fluent in German and has a great knowledge of Vienna's rock music scene.
Born a globetrotter, the desire to see the world took her early on wonderful adventures across all corners of Europe, from Austria to Finland, from Albania to the UK. After studying hard during a three-year university degree she graduated in Communication and Cultural Studies in South Tyrol and then moved across the border to Austria. Her craving for culture was behind her second degree, where she specialised in event management.
Her experience in the tourism and events industry got her some excellent feedback for her planning skills, which she mastered as a junior team member at university events. During those years, she was actively taking care of social functions intended for tourists arriving in Italy, so she learned a lot on the ground.
English and German are her best linguistic assets, but teach her a few words in a new language and she'll pick it up right away.
