Born and raised in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Became a Catholic Priest in 1983 for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis and served 16 years until resigning in 1999. Never fully broke with the church, so the State of Indiana still recognizes the ordination of Rev. Coons. Began teaching at New Castle High School in 1978 and Roncalli in 1985-1989 Chatard High School 1991-1999. Franklin Central High School from 2001-2021 and retiring from education this year 2021. Have performed 100's of weddings since 1983, so my experience is vast and filled with much experience. Hope to be of service to you and your future spouse.
